But they don’t have to be your daily experience. Still & South Counseling is a virtual therapy practice designed to help you quiet the noise and find your direction. For over a decade, I’ve worked with clients of all backgrounds, diagnoses, and ages, though I am most passionate about working with adult women.

The Serious Stuff
I have over a decade of professional experience as a therapist.
LISW-CP/S, LACS = I’m a licensed social worker who can provide therapy, clinical supervision, and addiction expertise in South Carolina and Virginia.
Bachelors in Psychology from College of Charleston and Masters in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh (a nationally ranked program).
I’m trained in several evidence-based therapy techniques, though I find Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Motivational Interviewing most effective.
The Fun Stuff
I live in Florence, SC with my husband, two kids, and two dogs.
For fun and for my own wellbeing, I became a certified group fitness instructor and teach at a local barre/pilates/yoga studio on the side.
My favorite self-care activities include exercise, reading, scrolling Instagram, mowing the lawn, getting outside, going to the beach, hosting dinners with friends, and afternoons by the pool.
