You’re juggling a lot. I can see it.

When a ball (or three) gets dropped at home or work, it’s common to feel guilty, exhausted, or burned out.

That feeling that you “should” be handling all the things better? With a little practice, we can manage it. I specialize in therapy for clients looking to quiet the noise and find their direction at work or at home. You deserve to feel your best and together, we can make that happen!

Let’s make time for you to start feeling more capable, happy, and like yourself again.

Meet Allison J. Rogers, Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Too often, women put themselves last. Trust me, I’ve been there! That’s why I care a lot about what I do. As a therapist based in Florence, SC, I collaborate with parents and young professionals who are feeling overwhelmed or experiencing indecision, sadness, addiction, anxiety, and big life changes. The things we feel like we should be able to handle without breaking a sweat are actually really tricky. Listen closely - you don’t have to figure it out alone! I have over a decade of experience as a licensed social worker and am trained in multiple evidence-based (aka proven effective) therapy techniques.

You have so much potential to feel better. I’m here to help you find your way.
